Having issues restoring my NE56R10u gateway computer

Hello,

I bought recovery disks to try and reboot my computer, after receiving a fail to media message. How ever every time it gets to the recover screen it won't let me pick an option. What should I do

It is probable that you have a failed hard disk and need to replace it.
