To reset to factory settings you must follow these instructions to the letter:

I tried this method already, but its not working in Toshiba Satellite C55 series .
Laptop is not going to factory setting still, so the option I was having to re.install all the things from the beginning by new Windows 8.1
Now, as I told i m facing problem of brightness adjustment , connecting to projector screen, etc.
Kindly me Help me for this things to get resolved.

Is that not more a projector issue than the laptop's?
