Drivers not found factory settings

I have Toshiba Satellite C55 series from USA and here in website it is not showing the model for downloading the drivers for media,display.\\\

Also due to some problem my laptop is not taking boot from HDD recovery as i also tried that combination of "0" and power button.

So I want two solutions for my laptop if possible

1) Drivers
2) Recovery Media [that enables factory settings]

To reset to factory settings you must follow these instructions to the letter:

Once you are done we will see about the driver.

Hello there,

I tried this method already, but its not working in Toshiba Satellite C55 series .

Laptop is not going to factory setting still, so the option I was having to re.install all the things from the beginning by new Windows 8.1

Now, as I told i m facing problem of brightness adjustment , connecting to projector screen, etc.

Kindly me Help me for this things to get resolved.

Hi

Is that not more a projector issue than the laptop's?
