Offline Laptop

HI,
My Acer Aspire V5-122P-0825 has gone offline even though it says connected. Please help1

OK is the router yours or your ISP's? If it is your ISP then contact them. IF it is yours take the cable out of the router and connect it to your laptop. When I say cable, I mean the one going frm the ISP modem or router, to your wireless gateway. not from the wall.
