Your computer has become infected with malware. I suggest you have a local repair shop reinstall Windows.

Try Malwarebytes
Uncheck the premium version offer.
An then use AdwCleaner
Uninstall and reinstall your browser.
Tell me if this fix the problem.

reinstall was my last option but thanks for the advice anyway.
I'll try the Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner.
