I cant receive incoming torrents on bit Torrent, cant open A port should i disable my firewall?

I would not disable the firewall. Just make your firewall aware that you are using that service, and it should open a port for that service. Only open th eport that uses it, DO NOT DISABLE the entire firewall.

OK, before we tweak on the machine, maybe you need t look into your router. Log into the router and see if they have a setting for applications. On that list, look for your Torrent app, and aneble that in your router.

What is a router? I am using USB modem.
