i have attempted to down load the Blue tooth file sender software, system indicates that i have successfully downloaded the software but i cannot find the down load any where on my computer .
i seek for your advise

What did you use to download?
can you download again and "Save As" and choose a location?
If your downloads are disappearing it could be an indication that your PC is infected.
But first things first - Where are you downloading to?

thank you for the quick response. i am using the IDM (internet down manager) interestingly initially i successfully down loaded another soft ware from the same site using the same soft ware.
lets rule out the aspect of my computer being infected because i have an active antivirus .
all my files are save in the folder of down loads.
