Gmail access password problem

Hello,

I forgot my gmail password, I recently changed it but I just remember my last passsword.
The registered email account is no longer available (then I can't receive an email to reset my pswd).
I don't remember the answer to my seceret question (since it was created 11 or 10 years ago, can quite remember).
The identity identification process says that the information I entered doens't match their records.
What I do have is access to my gmail account by phone, I have a WP 8.1 phone were I configured my account and did change the password the last time I updated it.

However I want to know if I can send google an email from my phone so they can confirm that is me, the problem is that I don't to what address the email should be sent to.
