Computer will not connect to my internet router

Hi

Can anyone help with with my computer problem. For some reason my computer will not connect to my internet router. I have also tried to connect with my phone but still nothing. I am not sure what i have done to cause this but i did try to restore my computer to an earlier point but i am unable to do this and i get an error message asking me to choose a different restore point. I have tried all the listed restore points still nothing!! Any ideas what-to-do?
