Windows 8.1 won't load after loading

I am using dell inspiron 3521 15...My problem is i installed my updates this morning after installing my updates my computer is not loading It is first showing dell as before and there is a blank screen appearing after dell startup then a dot is blinking on the top left of the screen i am annoyed...help me thanks in advance....
i also tried f8 but it didnt showed any options
