Since dropping Qwest as my internet provider, I get a screen msg that my msn acct is no longer available. I would like to be able to use msn. Please tell me how to continue.

hi,
try to connect to your account by going in in an internet cafe and see if you can access it from there.
delete your browsing history and then try again.
