Hp easynote Te gone wrong after installing e fix

Hello,
My hp easynote Te has gone wrong after installing e fix then trying to remove it, now all I have is a password screen that does not take my password and the internet is no longer available although it works on my I pad.
Can anyone get me back to normal, Thank you in anticipation
