My hp laptop takes forever to turn on.

Hello,

I've owned a HP g62 laptop for about five years now. It worked perfectly until about two months ago I noticed it would freeze up, and when I switched it off, it would show orange on the WiFi light, and the cap lock button would be flashing but no picture on the screen. Please tell me what is wrong with my computer.
