Hi my acer aspire will not switch on allready put new battery on it seem to have. The power going into it but its making a. Ticking noise please help driving me crazy. Urgent x

A ticking noise if often a sign that the hard drive has failed. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
