the key 'C' on my laptop is not responding but when after shut down or restart you will realize the key c apearing several times as it was pushed during the previous time.

plz help me. what do i do?

First I suggest you use an external USB keyboard to test with. If it works OK then you need to find and buy a replacement laptop keyboard. Ebay is a good source of used keyboards.
