Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series won't open battery can't be remove

Hello,

My laptop won't open battery can't be removed what should I do please help

Most Dell laptops have a PFKey that gives you a diagnostic menu. The exact key varies by model and year built. I suggest you use this menu to determine the hardware error.

Same things happen with me. I do not know how to open.both notch are at unlock position.
