Internet auto disconnect

I had recently changed my windows and processor. After installation i tried to surf internet but it got disconnected after sometime. I tried by changing network driver but it didn't work. I have found no problem on router and wire. Changing windows also didn't work. I searched solutions on internet but didn' t work. Is it problem with modem ? Please help me.

Did you try another OS? (Ubuntu, DEBIAN, Fedora, SOLARIS)

No I haven't ttied yet those OS. I had reinstalled windows 7 by obtaining a new Installation Disc.
