PC turns on but monitor says no signal

Hello, yesterday my PC was working fine this day i turned it on and it worked fine when i turned on the monitor it said no signal and keep black image i changed the vison cable and it didnt work my keyboard and mouse dont work either i already tried to remove the power cord and press on button for 30 secs didnt work i dont know what to do. PLS help.
