LENOVO E581 WONT POWER UP

PLEASE HELP

When i power up my laptop the red power light is on and can hear fan going but black screen. I have read and tried the suggestions to disconnect battery and charger, hold down power on button for 30 seconds then reconnect and start as normak and akos just disconnect battery and hold down enter and power at same time and neither resolve. The laptop is also getting rather warm!?
I couldnt care less about the laptop but my works files on the PC are very important and I need to access and work on them over next few days.

It sounds like you have a motherboard problem. Either with the screen graphics or the power circuits.
You can get at the files by purchasing a USB hard drive adapter and removing the hard drive from the laptop.
