Dell laptop screen shows black after turn on the system

I am using dell inspiron 15 laptop. Yesterday it usually turn off the system with there was no problem. But today when i turn on the laptop it normally switch on and shows windows symbol after that it shows only black screen
please help me how to solve the problem

have you tried to start in "safe mode"?

Try F8 right after you see the windows logo
