Sign in problem

hello everyone,thank you for helping me i would really appreciate it so much.i have a problem signing in with my yahoo mail i cannot access i tried many times already but each time i log in it always asks me to verify my account in which i need to enter a code they will send me either by email or by sms.now the problem is,how can i get the code when i have not provided an alternate email neither a phone number for them to send the code as i have not updated my yahoo account for long time as i dont need to sign in and log out anymore because my email is always signed in on my mobile and i have not received any notification informing me to update my account.please help me it is really important that i retrieve all my mails.thank you so much once again

Select forgot secret questions and answers

Hi xpcman,thank you so much for your time.i tried already that link before i came here to ask for help but it does'nt seem to work.i can sign in with my yahoo id and password it is correct but the problem is i cannot access through my emails it says for security reasons please enter verification code which i will have to choose from the 3 options by email,by sms and a call i think.which ever i chose among the 3 will not work as i have not updated my yahoo account for long time as i am automatically logged in on my mobile device.i have not provided any alternate email or phone no for them to send that code.what shall i do xpcman.please help me again.thank you so much in advance!
