Key Board - Ctrl Keys & Fn Key

I have Dell Touch Screen Laptop with Window 8.1. Recently, Unintentionally, Shift Key was pressed number of times continuously and at one point I clicked "Yes" upon appearing one Pop up. After that, I am experiencing Ctrl & Fn Keys are malfunctioning. e.g.
1. Left Ctrl types out numeric 8 and
2. Right Ctrl key types out special character *.
3. Fn key functions Pg Dn. Please help to fix this problem.

maybe there have two programs use the same key as the Shortcuts, you can restart the computer and then to try again. Or you can uninstall the keyboard driver and then reinstall a new one for it. Maybe this can solve your problem.
