Hello, sir or madam. how to get back my original factory setting in my sony vaio laptop vpceh36en windo 7.cause i didn't back up.and my vaio care,assit,and fn button is not working.even bluetooh,wireless lan as wel not working.thank u so much.from ching.

It sounds like you have hardware problems that will not be fixed by a software restore. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at you laptop.
