Hi there,
Unfortunately it seems that your laptop is trying to load the OS from the hard drive, but finds some difficulties doing that and is searching for alternative ways. I suspect that your HDD may have failed or there may be some issues with the hardware connections. Do you have some Windows DVD that you can boot from? If the laptop is under warranty, contact the reseller. If not, remove the hard drive and test it on another PC. Sadly, if the drive is still not functioning, you may need to get a new one.
