Hi ArGrk,
Can you hear the initial beep sound? If you can not, you ma be facing some hardware issue. Can you reach the Advanced Boot Menu, by pressing F8 on start up? When there you should try the Last Known Good Configuration. If you still can not load Windows, enter BIOS and check if your hard drive is listed there. If it is not, unfortunately that could mean that it has failed and needs to be replaced. If it is listed there and you have a Windows DVD, try booting from it and search for a recovery option.
