No display and Beep Sound Coming after inserting the USB Stick

When I am Installing any USB Stick on my Motherboard It gets automatic restart and the display goes off Until the CMOS is cleared and RAM is Repositioned then again the problem iterates on Inserting any USB on My Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P. I am using AMD FX-6300 with Corsair Vengeance 8 GB RAM.600 W Cooler Master PSU and Zotac NVIDIA GTX - 460 as the combination.

Please explain what you mean by installing a USB stick on a motherboard.
