As of today, I am getting a green screen when I play any video from any source. Please help. Everything was working fine. It is an HP with windows 8.1. I also have a Samsung tablet and the videos are playing correctly on it. Please help.

Hi Wallyb,

Are we talking about videos played online or videos, stored on your hard drive. In any case, there may have been some driver issue, because of recent update ( some of them happen without noticing) and that is why I would reinstall the graphic drivers or search for newer version. If you have troubles watching online videos, disable Hardware acceleration from the player settings. If there is no change, reinstall Flash Player.
If you are using Internet Explorer and you have troubles watching youtube videos, make sure you have selected the software rendering, instead of GPU rendering from the Internet Options ? Accelerated graphics.

Hope this helps
