How to formate the disk

Hello,
please i need your help..
c: only formate
other d: e: are not formate =>formate , delete,new next option are hide
if i try to dual boot os install that time disaplay the one error
that is you old operating system is windows.old is created,then only current operating system is installed..
finized the current operating system only working...

Hi Velan,
If you have issues formatting your drive in Disk Management, try using the DISPKART command from the Command Prompt. I leave you details in the link below.
If you have issues formatting the drive while using the dual boot, try using Safe Mode.
