No audio output device is installed.

Hello,
When i place the mouse arrow at speaker icon it shows no audio device is installed.
After troubleshooting it appears hardware changes may not have been detected.
What should i do to get my sound back.
and i have a RED X on my speaker icon down at right corner with clock timing.
This all problem just faced after my window installation and also the installation of a 3d graphic card for games.
