Acer Aspire One ZG5 Won't Boot

Hello,
My Acer Aspire One running XP won't boot. The machine shuts down between the initialization and the log in page, always after ~35 seconds, almost like power was gone. It seems to not be related to the OS, as trying to run an alternate OS does not change things.

Looks like your hard disk has passed away.
