actually, my laptop is a toshiba satellite, it restarts itself without any hesitation, it will just shut down itself and reboot, and on the event log, the text above appears. i wonder what is the cause of it. need help with this.

Check your audio drivers in device manager! If you have more than one disable one, it may be the cause for the crash!

how to analyze that this is problem in audio driver?...may be something else?

ya, i got five audio driver, four of em are nvidia hd audio driver,
i'll try it, hope it will work,

haha, took me forever to post a reply,
the audio drives i have are smart conextant audio driver and four nvidia audio driver, i disabled the four nvidia drivers still the problem insists, now i'll try to disable all audio drives
