Acer aspire right side numbers are not typing numbers

hey the right side numbers won't type numbers with UNCHECKED box of "Turn on mouse keys"
so what do i do to make it type numbers ? i tried all these Fn + F11 and Fn+F5 and Fn + F4 but none of them is working what should i do to make it type numbers ?

Do you have a "num lock" key just to the left of the / key?

@ambucias yes i have and even when i press it they won't type numbers

If your num lock lights up, I suspect a circuit issue to which only a qualified technician can attend to.
