Mouse keeps highlighting a random window without me touching it Closed

Hello, 

I have windows 8 and a while back I noticed that different tab / windows are randomly highlighted as if I had clicked on it with the mouse - which I havent. I noticed a solution given for the same issue for a windows 7 user but I have windows 8.

Are you using as touchpad, or a mouse?  If it is a touchpad, decrease your sensitivity settings on the pad.
