Windows vista home premium start up disk

My laptop is a hp dv5 and I need to get a windows vista home premium start up disk so I can start the laptop HELP!!!!!!

Hi
If its a OEM version you will have a restore option in the boot menu.You can press F8 while the system boots and select restore.Usually it will be in D: partion and you won't be able to access it.
This will reset the computer to Factory settings.
