Hello, I have a toshiba satellite L355 laptop I'm ran a recovery of factory default software it preparing copying files please wait started this yesterday at 4 pm and it's still not done I used a toshiba recovery media disks what can I do to get it to work have the first disk in haven't been able to run the 2nd disk can someone please help me out.

Using the disk may have corrupted your recovery partition with which all Toshiba's were equipped 2007 and onwards.
The way to restore it was this one:
