icons are gone & so is my taskbar Closed

Hello, My Name is Dawn <> ok last night i was playing on my laptop & all of a sudden i had no icons my icons are gone & so is my taskbar i have nothing to work with at all every thing gone on my laptop. Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 38.0.2125.111

press Ctrl Alt and Del at the same time to get the task manager up. Once there go to processes and look for explorer.exe in the list right click on it and end precess tree dont panick if task manager disapers just do Ctrl Alt and Del again and start task manager up again now its back look in top left of task manager window click on File then new task(Run...) and type in explorer thats it now you should have your desktop back with all icons and your taskbar

Go to your start...run... and run explorer, see if they come back!
