Hello,
My name is Marcos my Dell inspiron turn on and after I type my password goes black showing only arrow nothing work so please help

Try booting into Safe Mode. Let me know what version of Windows you are running if you dont know how to do this.

If it works then it is possibly an update that has been installed or a new software install causing this. Try rollong back your machine to an earlier date with System Restore.

I have the same problem and I have windows 8 ..i don't know how to boot into a safe mode
