Computer wont boot shows nothing after press on button Closed

Hello, 

I have an HP Cpu
Fans are rusted but still well
Problem is
It wont boot. After i press the power button the green light shows up but
Theres nothing on the screen and the keyboard and the mouse mouse dont light up.
It was working in the morning but it freezes when after the windows welcome sign is done, but after the freeze it gets back to work.

I don't understand you say the computer will not boot and then you say "after the freeze it gets back to work" ?

The computer wont boot
I tried doing the remove everything and press the power button for 1 min. Still does nothing
When i on it
Heres what happens
Fans are ok
Keyboard lights dont light up
Mouse doesnt light up
Everything inside the computer is dusty and mostly rusted.
