Hi Araf,
Open Device Manager.
Check that the audio drivers are in place.
- If they are not, then install the correct drivers for the audio device (right clicking on it and choosing "Update Drivers" is a good starting point).
- If everything looks good try double clicking in the audio device and click on the "Driver"tab. Then click on the "roll Back Drivers"button if it is available.
You may need to restart the machine.
