Hello,
My laptop was working the night before i turn it on the next morning i now have a black screen with a moveable cursor i am able to work in safe mode but nothing else can anyone help??

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
