I lost 8,000 of my kids pics..i need help gettin in my fb

Hello,

My fb has been hacked, I never used an email to make my fb page, I used my phone number to register. Now I can't get in with my password. I don't have any back up emails and my original email has been made used to create anotha account I never used. My security question answer also has been changed. Fb keeps saying it will send me a code to recover my account..whre is the code going to? I have no email associated with my account..please help me.I have about 8,000 pics of my children on my page that I do not have stored on my phone..please tell me what to do..;(

1.never used an email
2.don't have any back up emails

5.no email associated with my account

All the odds of recovering your account are against you. Fb has nowhere to send the code to you.

No success...;( every time I put forgot password, it sends me to a page that says use an email or phone number we can contact you. I just made an email and I still haven't received anything fromtem from them. Why are they asking me for an email to give me steps to get back into my account and its not sending anything?

Because the e-mail you created is not associated with your account.

You said you used your phone to log in, hence you must again use the phone and the phone only to access your account.

That's what I thought also, but when I put in my phone number, it is telling me that number is already in use wit fb, so it doesn't let me use the phone number that I used to make the page...;( I think thre is no hope for me

Ok..thank u so much for ur help. I just went to the phone help and secure it option. It says to enter any or old passwords I remember, I put my last password in..and now it just says if it was compromised enter the password..so I do so...now it takes me to the security question of where I lived at at 8 yrs old. That answer has been changed and it gives me no other choices..;(
