Pen drive will not show in my computer and compmgmt

Hello,

see i have 16GB pendrive, that pendirve has NTFS format and i was convert to FAT32 after done my convert.that pendriver will not show in my computer and compmgmt , i dont know why its not detecting ,however that pendrive will show in devmgmt ,so give me a suggestion to this problem.

it showed in device manager without any error markings? like yellow exclamatory or red x?
