Forgotten yahoo password & alternative email cannot access

Hello,

I would like to request your help to retrive back my yahoo email password to
this email ***@***. Would really apppreciate your kind help to send reset password to the above email id. My alternative email address (live.messenger) which i register on yahoo account has been deleted. Pls help to solve my problem on this matter
