I cant open a particular application in my windows xp system?

Hello,
if i am trying to open a application it is showing a error like "the application failed to initialize properly(0xc000007b).click on ok to terminate the application."
kindly give me solution to resolve this problem.

And what would be this particular application, or is it a secret?
