Keyboard problem

this happened to me for the second time and really frustrating. When i type a certain letter like L it will continue to write like Lllllllll or X, xxxxxxxxxx or t,tttttttt... aside from that it suddenly click or choose a program by itself. i dont know what to do with this if this is keyboard problem, malware, driver, or settings. I asked the maintenance shop where i bought my laptop and told me to wait- 45-60 days. I really need help to get through with this issue. Than you so much for the help.

It's a high probability the the keyboard needs to be replaced.
