I need to access to my email ASAP

Hello,
I'm trying to log in my email, I have the password and security answers but don't have access to my alternate email, this is a big mass, and there is no customer service number. It does not let me log in without my alternate email code. I have been wasting 30 minutes just to get in my email, and I think is very stupid cause it not giving me any other option beside having my alternate email, and the information you guys are providing is basic and not even helpful. I need an assistant ASAP. I have business information I need to catch up with my email.
