(My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro C50-A-1E4)
I'm trying to reset it because I used Malwarebytes to get rid of Malware (obviously), and now my laptop is having trouble connecting to the internet, and this is a far simpler thing to understand than what people on other websites have said about the issue.
I'm fairly certain that's (picture above) the right thing to be able to do it, although I'm not 100%. I've also tried holding '0' on start-up, but that just brings me to a small blue box asking about it and then continues to start windows normally once I've chosen [yes].
So, if anyone has any idea how I can factory reset it, please would you share? ~ Thanks.
