Keyboard not working properly

Hello,
MY keyboaRD nOt wORking properly.if i press one from number key it gives upper CharaCter that is !>>>same with the other keys also >oroblem is with alphabet keys also<sometimes it Comes in Capital or sometime in lower Case letter without pressing shift key>

My best guess is that the keyboard needs to be replaced. Have you tested with an external USB keyboard?
