Error message computer cannot repair computer automatically.

Hello,
I have Toshiba running windows 7 . laptop shut down unexpectedly and start giving me this error message .

1- startup repair is checking your system for problems.
2- windows cannot repair the computer automatically.
and when I click finish it will shutdown .

Do you have the Windows disk so you can start a repair from the disk?

yes I do have the windows CD .
and I don't wanna lose my data pictures ,files...please.
