Instal OS in 4GB pen drive

Hello,

i have 4gb pen drive, i want to instal OS in this drive, what is the procedure?

also i want to partition this as like as hard disk. plz send me briefly this procedure.

You didn't say what OS you want to install.

plz. tell me that ,win98/linux & also winxp.............how 2 instal in pendrive & also tel me how 2 partition 4gb pen drive.
