Hello,
I have this problem with my computer, when I switch it on it says, " your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. we're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. then what it does is load from 1 to 100%, then repeats the process over and over again. so can you please help???

I suspect you have a corrupted hard disk. This can be caused by a hardware failure of the motherboard or the hard disk. You will need a good PC Tech to evaluate the hardware and find a solution. I just had this problem and needed to replace the MB.
Good Luck
